We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br><b>Collaborate with the best</b><br><br>As a Field Supervisor, you will work closely with customers and supervise the daily operations of your team within the region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.<br><br>As a Directional Driller - OFS, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Providing direct instruction and supervision to other Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.</li><li>Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.</li><li>Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site</li><li>Utilizing broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s) and/or service for data analysis when required</li><li>Leading local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met evaluate ensuring work upon completion.</li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.</li><li>Acting as a project leader and mentoring junior field engineers</li><li>Executing other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within the product line</li><li>Have at least 5 years' experience as a field specialist</li><li>Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency in one or more product lines.</li><li>Be competent in medium to high risk applications in other product groups.</li><li>Have completed assigned training and development programs required by local Operations under the direction of the Talent Management Group.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
