Job Description Summary: PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICE BY PROVIDING CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESOLUTION IN ORDER TO ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATELY MOVEMENT OF FREIGHT. Job Description: 1. PROVIDE AND ENSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS’ FRONT LINE PERSONNEL IN THE VARIOUS OPERATING DIVISIONS AND SUBSIDIARIES. 2. ENSURE ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO CUSTOMS AND TRANSPORTATION. 3. ANTICIPATE, IDENTIFY, AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS WHICH COULD DELAY THE TIMELY RELEASE OR MOVEMENT OF FREIGHT. 4. VERIFY THE PROPER TRANSMITION FOR IMPORT FILES TO THE IMPORT SYSTEM FOR VALIDACARGA. 5. MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORRESPONDENT BROKERS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENSURE THAT EXCEED THE CUSTOMERS’ SERVICE REQUIREMENTS. 6. ENSURE ACCURATE DATA INPUT, CORRECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE INTO COMPUTER FILES. 7. ENTER PROPER MILESTONES PER FILE INSIDE DATA RANGE CONFIRMED BY THE COMPANY. 8. ENSURE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS ARE ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM WITHIN THE MONTH OF ACTIVITY INCLUDING PROPER ROUTING, CARGO DETAILS, CORRECT BILLING AND FINANCIAL COSTS. 9. ENSURE THAT ALL FILES HAS ALL PERTINENT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING P&L BEFORE STORAGE.
