This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company’s growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus. For more information about Bristol Myers Squibb, visit us at BMS.com/ie The Role Cruiserath Biologics supply chain is looking to recruit a full time, permanent Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join their team. The senior manager role will be a key role in the supply chain, leading a diverse group of supply chain professionals in the delivery of the Cruiserath Biologics site and Global Supply Chain strategy. Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs Key Duties and Responsibilities: Leads the site inventory management & raw material planning processes. Collaborates with site & global stakeholders and site leadership to set long term inventory and planning strategies for materials and consumables. Leads site purchasing team to ensure materials are procured in alignment with production demands. Leads the inventory management governance & reporting processes at the required cadence at the site. Ensure key supply chain performance metrics for area of accountability are delivered and provide analysis & insights to key drivers & areas of opportunities for continuous improvement. Drives accountability for ERP system operation and utilization. Through working closely with Supply Chain Systems & Data Specialist drivers accountability for masterdata management. Pro-actively assesses upstream supply chain risk on a continuous basis and working with Procurement puts strategies in place to mitigate supply risks. Key stakeholder in site budget and inventory projection process for materials Collaborates with Finance and Manufacturing teams to analyse production/material variances and adjusts systems accordingly. Key stakeholder and leader in the introduction of new products ( NPIs) to site. Develops people in technical, administrative and interpersonal skills. Provides for leadership development and diversity Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required: B.S. in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or science-related discipline. A Masters Degree is a plus. A minimum of 7-10 years experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role with experience in Production, Planning, Scheduling and Inventory management. Experience and knowledge in Biologics manufacturing is preferred. Knowledgeable on current data management techniques Experience in finite scheduling and scenario tools (for example BIOG). Relevant industry certifications are desirable (APICS - CSCP/CPIM).
