This role will wear dual hats, one to operationally support O365 and unified collaborations platforms and second to lead a team of Power platform developers to deliver automation initiatives. Role requires candidate to have a deep understanding of the collaboration platforms and a willingness to learn and successfully deploy new technologies.On power platform side candidate understands all facets of the continually evolving Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Flows, Automate, BI and Power Pages) working with the vendor to drive Baker Hughes strategic direction. Candidates with awareness of new technologies including task mining, document understanding, artificial intelligence, chatbots, block chain, digitalization, IoT, machine learning etc. would be preferred.<br />

<b>As a Sr Manager </b><b> Unified Collaboration and Power Platform </b><b> , you will be responsible for </b> :</p>

<ul>
<li>Be responsible for daily operational support of Baker Hughes global collaboration platforms including Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams and related Microsoft 365 technologies.Coordinate Unified Collaboration Team coverage for operational support including collaboration technologies not exclusive to Microsoft.</li>
<li>Providing operational support for Voice technologies including CUCM, SBC and endpoint technologies.</li>
<li>Providing Operational support for Video and conference room technologies</li>
<li>Leading a team of technical support staff specializing in specific UC areas including 3rd party contractors</li>
<li>Being responsible for proactive monitoring of the platform&
39;s health, drive continuous improvement and resolve any issues that may be presented.</li>
<li>Providing critical incident support and work with Critical Incident Management Team to provide updates for timely communications</li>
<li>Developing and ensuring collaboration platforms are maintained in a compliant manner aligning with company and external standards and requirements</li>
<li>Working with cross-functional and internal teams on additional projects, as required</li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinating with other leaders across the Business Productivity Platform Team to identify any benefits/costs/functional overlap with other tools within the team&
39;s purview (UiPath &amp; Celonis)</li>
<li>Leveraging deep process/domain expertise &amp; partners with technical development team</li>
<li>Influencing key stakeholders in design and planning decisions</li>
<li>Driving the development of solutions targeted to a highly technical audience</li>
</ul>

<li>Combining the customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications/user stories</li>
<li>Working with customers/stakeholders to prioritize needs</li>
<li>Providing guidance to team when working with the architect and engineers to design networks, systems, and storage environment that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, data &amp; analytics requirements and service level requirements</li>
<li>Being responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns through active program management and value vs. cost forecasting and posting of actuals - with a relentless focus on user experience, adoption and speed to value</li>

<b>To be successful in this role you will: </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Have demonstrated knowledge in collaboration solutions, design, build and management</li>
<li>Have a Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree-preferred but not required.</li>
<li>10 to 15 years of experience</li>
<li>Have experience with design and development on the Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code platforms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have experience in architecting technical solutions including integrations with key Baker Hughes systems (ERPs, Salesforce, Workday)</li>
<li>Have good hands-on ability to coach team leads and developers in Power Platform design across Power Apps, Power Flows, Power Automate and Power BI</li>
<li>Have good experience with supporting and administering MS Exchange, O365/M365 platform</li>
<li>Have demonstrated knowledge in collaboration solutions, design, build and management</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills, including ability to write concise functional documents, technical documents and present ideas</li>
</ul>

<li>Be passionate for solving complex technical problems and driving the expansion of the existing Power Platform Program</li>
<li>Have demonstrated ability of leading international teams and flexibility to work across time zones at times</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
