Job Description Customer Service Representative (Onsite) $17.50/HR & Great Benefits NO WEEKENDS/Holidays! What you get: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday Paid Holidays Fun and inclusive working environment Full-time Benefit Options Job Requirements: HS Diploma or GED One year customer service experience with problem solving and complex, detailed communication with customers Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background screening Basic computer experience in a Windows environment Desired Skills: Call center experience a plus Basic MS Office experience Some college preferred Summary: In this role, you will provide top notch customer service by handling telephone and website inquiries from our valued customers. What you will be doing: Respond to driver license or motor vehicle related customer inquiries. Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with clear, accurate and concise terms to ensure their understanding. Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Submit research requests.
