We are currently recruiting a R&D Lab Coordinator. This role will see you working with the AMESA/APAC Measurement Sciences teams to drive the ANZ innovation agenda, and support with maintaining PepsiCo analytical standards in the laboratory. Details Tingalpa Location Flexible business hours Position: Full Time Fixed Term Contract of 12 Months Selection Process: Formal Interview - Online Assessment - Background and Pre Employment Checks – Decision Why Join Us Opportunity to join a Global FMCG Company Competitive remuneration on offer Personal and professional growth opportunities Health and wellness programs Car parking provided Responsibilities Accurate, timely analysis, and reporting of samples in compliance with PepsiCo Standards (Operating Procedures, Calibration, Audits, GLP, Safety, Proficiency etc.) Provide proactive feedback to the R&D team based on the interpretation of results, to help ensure successful project outcomes Maintain all relevant records in an organised system for quick and effective access Organise and control the timely calibration and maintenance of equipment and the purchasing of consumables to ensure business continuity Track performance in relevant areas; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Provide support to AMESA and APAC sites through training and method development Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and solution development Ensure flexibility in Measurement Sciences team with flexible support as required Qualifications BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in analytical techniques and instrumentation Competency in computer applications such as Minitab and O365 Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual whose flexibility allows you to excel both independently and as part of a team Be a proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively Self-starter with a very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity If the above description sounds like you, please submit your CV online.
