A&D Ops Billing Senior Analyst

NCHC is recruiting for an A&D Ops/Billing, Analyst with their Finance Operations, A&D and Transformation organization. The Finance Operations, A&D, and Transformation Team is responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D activities, and solutions, deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable delivery of enterprise objectives. Manage TSAs which include Partner and facilitating with Business Partners and Buyer Finance Teams to enable the setup of various entities involved with TMA and arrangements Issue/ensure the correct booking and coordinate TSA invoicing for Service Fee, COGS, NC Sales, Support development of the financials related to Transition Service arrangements (“TSA”), develop TSA pricing models and support billing processes Perform timely closing activities as per J&J closing calendar and in accordance with Transition Service Agreement (TSA) commitments, review and analyze monthly TSA financial reports Deliver TSA exit activities - deal accounting, BS and P&L review, support post-TSA exit tasks & Misdirected payments validation and settlement Manage Financial statements, ensure accuracy and prepare appropriate substantiation of BS reconciliations of D&A accounts, which include Responsible for monitoring financial balances of D&A business products and for Divestitures to ensure correct split of Sales and COGS between JNJ and buyer Review and ensure netting of divested business financials from JNJ country Trial Coordinate and manage cash settlements and perform respective clearings Develop and consolidate project spending and operational budgets, Partner with Corporate and Regional Finance to process entries for gain accounting and provide financial forecasts Support analysis for new A&D programs and initiatives Manage and lead governance meetings for billing scope Support other A&D financial reporting and processes as required Fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements Qualifications NCHC is recruiting for an A&D Ops/Billing, Analyst with their Finance Operations, A&D and Transformation organization.
