Occupational Health Nurse

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse, located in Neuchatel. Position Information Company: Johnson & Johnson Functional Area: Global Health Services Pensum: 80 - 100% Fixed Term Contract - 2 years Overview The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for optimizing the development and execution of Occupational Health & Wellbeing strategies for the local operating company, in the areas of Occupational Health, Health Promotion and Mental Wellbeing. Services are provided under the supervision of a designated physician. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for site level implementation of Health and Wellbeing services both the operational service delivery and achieving metrics and goals Drives health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and wellbeing Support the site absence management process as appropriate and demonstrate expertise in country specific medical case management Acts as medical resource to other site professionals and management for information, problem solving, and decision making related to OH related issues and collaborating with regional Occupational Health team Support the company in the management of psychosocial issues and where appropriate, refer employees/family members to available services such as psychological, medical or other resources, including Employee Assistance Services Responsible for developing the company health promotion program which addresses the most important lifestyle health risks, based on the outcomes from the Health Profile results, other company health information and J&J requirements. Contribute to the measuring of the effectiveness of interventions, as well as the cost effectiveness and the use of external organizations where required to support the site health promotion program. Qualifications Education: Nursing degree with preferred certificate and OH qualification Experience and Skills: Required: Leadership; ability to gain trust and influence at all levels; collaborative. Effective team player Solid communicator who is plausible and self-assured; Ability to work independently and be self directed Ability to work in a matrix, team oriented environment.
