Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Take ownership for Engineering</b><br><br>As the Senior Services Project Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.<br><br><ul><li>Planning and implementing projects at various customer work sites in the China and abroad, including the activities of staff and subcontractors.<br></li><li>Being primary customer contact for the duration of each project. commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate.<br></li><li>Responding to call-out type repair requests from customers.<br></li><li>Translating customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets<br></li><li>Managing a network of resources (including contractors) in support of project execution.<br></li><li>Assisting in the staffing of the site and implementation of all site EHS programs.<br></li><li>Developing and conducting audit site Quality Assurance (QA) programs and develop / review site-specific manuals.<br></li><li>Identifying opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements.<br></li><li>Taking part in the writing of reports that describe the results of a project, participating in the development of proposals for projects.<br></li><li>Managing the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations. <br></li><li>Ensuring that delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels.<br></li><li>Negotiating change orders with the customer, being professionally represent BHGE during all customer communications.<br></li><li>Managing a varied staff that will include employees, customers, partner companies, or subcontractors.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will need to:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical from an accredited university or college<br></li><li>Have 15+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, field operation, project management role.<br></li><li>Be flexible, proactive in problem solving. <br></li><li>Have team working pattern.<br></li><li>Be able to outcome driven working style.<br></li><li>Have business growth mindset<br></li><li>Have strong presentation and communication skills<br></li><li>Have customer, service and
