Our team is the last line of defense for quality before it goes to our customers.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>You will develop, coordinate, and lead a project team for Services projects, whilst being responsible for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects. Be a key interface across the business, the customer, and the management team on all project matters. You will support the Global Fulfilment leader in tasks to support the business delivering for our customers<br><br><b>As a Project Manager - Control Services you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Managing projects from kick-off to close-out; provide leadership and sets the tone of execution excellence <br></li><li>Leading an effective Project team with aligned competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements <br></li><li>Owning all activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements <br></li><li>Using recognized project control tools to monitor and manage progress and track multiple activities. <br></li><li>Monitoring KPI's to analyse and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans <br></li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned and ensuing clarity of all required scope and deliverables <br></li><li>&bull; Managing and report progress to stakeholders conducting status reviews and Implementing and owning all project accounting/budget activity <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li>Have proven experience in Project Management, whilst leading, mentoring, and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment &bull; <br></li><li>Be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers <br></li><li>Be excited to work as part of a team in a high energy business Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills <br></li><li>Have good working appreciation and application of project controls and reporting <br></li><li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
