Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br><b>As a Technology Process Leader , you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Working alongside other Hyperion support and development personnel on the Corporate EPM Shared Services team.<br></li><li>Engaging with other Baker Hughes Shared Services teams and provide coordination for patching activities<br></li><li>Driving the prioritization and resource planning of IT work to support business objectives and key initiatives for Controllership & FP&A.<br></li><li>Participating in communication rhythms for close status with functional, ERP IT and EPM IT<br>operational personnel.<br></li><li>Being a Partner with business & regional leaders to understand and ensure EPM SLAs are met<br></li><li>Working closely with multiple application teams to communicate status, establish appropriate<br>automation and monitoring capabilities as well as disaster recovery and failover capabilities.<br></li><li>Keeping abreast of new tools and technologies and part in the evaluation and<br>recommendations for new or enhanced capabilities that could improve current platforms<br></li><li>Developing technical standards, documentation and knowledge transfer for operational support<br>including the coordination of knowledge transfer to other team members<br></li><li>Completing root cause analysis of defects and implement controls to mitigate repetitive issues<br></li><li>Driving adherence to Financial & IT Compliance Enterprise Standards<br></li><li>Promoting the company culture by encouraging open communication, teamwork and living of the<br>Baker Hughes Beliefs<br></li><li>Understanding, promotes and adheres to security and SoX compliance policies and process<br></li><li>Developing peer, cross-functional and cross-Baker Hughes Business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (IT or similar areas)<br></li><li>Demonstrate experience with process management<br></li><li>Intermediate English<br></li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br><b>Work hours:</b> Monday - Friday - 07:30 am to 4:30 pm<br><br><b>Hiring format:</b> Temporary contract 2 years<br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
