The Service Delivery Coordinator for Drilling Services in Angola will be accountable for the service delivery performance for our portfolio of products and services. Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity. You will enable flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment</li>
<li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars</li>
<li>Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries</li>
<li>Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Managing the relationship to ensure business success</li>
<li>Being familiar with the assigned client&
39;s process for Management of Change / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives</li>
<li>Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery promptly</li>
<li>Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash</li>

<li>Have at least a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited college or university</li>
<li>Demonstrate hands-on experience of drilling gained in an energy environment</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of wellbore intervention</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
</ul>
