Are you identifying to our values?<br><br><b>Come join us and grow with a team of people who will energize and inspire you!</b><br><br><b>Make an impact</b><br>As Wireline Services ENSC (Europe, North Sea, Caspian) AMO* Manager, you will have full accountability for achieving the business' objectives and key performance indicators for all *Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul activity across the Europe Caspian region.<br><br>This senior position will directly report into the Global Wireline Services AMO Director and functionally to the Wireline Europe-Caspian Director. The role will be based in Aberdeen, United Kingdom.<br><br>As a Wireline Services ENSC AMO Manager, you will be:<br><ul><li>Accountable for developing and executing the AMO strategy of the product line for the region<br></li><li>Managing, coaching, setting objectives and developing the AMO team across 3 countries (UK, Norway and Azerbaijan)<br></li><li>Managing the AMO workload and schedule based on activity forecast<br></li><li>Working in close collaboration with operations, Service delivery and reliability as well as with our headquarter in Houston.<br></li><li>Improving our AMO productivity and Service delivery performance through the implementation of processes, procedures, training programmes and competency<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Need to demonstrate your leadership, setting clear measurable and achievable objectives while empowering your team to build a culture of trust, commitment, and accountability<br></li><li>Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills combined with emotional intelligence to be able to engage and influence a multi-cultural team<br></li><li>Have significant experience in managing Assembly, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul operations.
