Workpack Coordinator

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery. <br><br> We are recruiting a Workpack Coordinator to join the Wood team at the Ampol Refinery based in Lytton, Brisbane - on a permanent basis. <br><br>You will be responsible for innovative ideas with an agile approach to deliver the best possible outcomes ensuring that Workpacks processed, monitored and maintained. This role offers you an opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution to the team. <br><br>At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those holding the required permit/VISA for this region. <br><br><b> Position Specifics & Deliverables </b><br><ul><li> Register, develop and assign Workpack numbers in the Document Control System. </li><li> Continuous tracking and monitoring of open Workpacks through Sharepoint and SAP. </li><li> File, scan and archive completed Workpacks </li><li> Administer the Technical Query and Emergent Work register. </li><li> Administer the Workpack variation register. </li><li> Compile regular reports and documentation on the Workpack Document Control Systems. </li><li>Ensure timely progression and completion of workflow through Workpack lifecycle.</li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Proven installation experience within a
