Business Analyst, Program Strategy

Overview This position will own the Global KPI generation, opportunity/gap analysis and BU alignments for the Sales Effectiveness program. (i.e. PepsiConnect product). He/She will own and govern the business case KPI’s and leading/lagging indicators for more than 15 BU’s across 4 sectors. Responsibilities Work with business units to assess the data and analytics needs. Discover, analyze, and scope data requirements & represent them in conceptual and logical data models. Prioritize and channel them to data modelling and data visualization teams. Gather and analyze data pertaining to various business processes such as registrations, adoption, usage, behavior, churn, business growth, purchase trends and value realization. Create reusable, flexible and scalable models that will address specific business questions and can be used by business units across globe. Create high-level process models (system interface diagrams, workflow & swim lane diagrams, data flow diagrams) to represent processes and data flows. Perform data validation to identify gaps, errors and corner cases in the reports and dashboards. Validate, sign-off and approve the release to business units from data standpoint. Empower the business by creating value through the increased adoption of data, data science and business intelligence landscape Work with data science and machine learning teams to identify patterns and exceptions in data. Create actionable insights and communicate these to business units for action planning. Qualifications Proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling 1-3 yrs of experience with data analysis , data modeling and data visualization techniques Experience working with structured/unstructured datasets , ability to clearly document and communicate requirements to technical team members. Experience with Power BI, SQL and Python is a plus
