Supplier Quality Management - Senior Professional

The Mission: Monitor and challenge Supplier Quality performance. Achieve Supplier’s Quality Performance with Supplier Leader and animate the Supplier quality performance section at Supplier Business Review. Conduct improvements & Collaboration projects with suppliers on critical business issues. Deploy / set-up at Supplier the Quality referential as per SSQM process (performance measurement referential, PPEP, 8D, etc.). Train, coach and challenge suppliers and Supply Quality (Senior) Engineers. Directly manage most complex/critical Supply/Supplier issues escalated. Conduct Supplier Quality audits (SAM) upon Commodity or plant request.What will you do? What will you do? Manage the Upstream Supply Chain & Quality performance of a group of ETO Plants manages directly the supplier critical issues escalated by plants (SQE / UFS) or Clusters Departments monitor supplier Performance at supplier level and at plant basket level (Supplier OTD and Supplier non Quality) communicate with other SQ&LD and with Purchasing for critical performance issues and forecast Use and deploy Supplier Quality & Logistic Development tools Check with plant Quality G8D tracking on curative and preventive mode PPEP tracking with plant and Purchasing on Change of Supplier tracking of supply chain upstream parameters (Lead Time, Order Quantity, stock, forecast) Schneider Electric specific Upstream tools and data base usage Assure Upstream reporting consistency on plant scope Participate to improvement projects with suppliers pareto analysis on Quality issue cause recovery on Supply chain OTD coordinate Upstream action plans with Schneider plants point of contact What qualifications will make you successful? Minimum 5 years professional experience in Supply Chain or Quality Business knowledge and trade-off ( Service vs cost, total Cost of Ownership) Master degree Industrial Supply Chain or Quality English: good professional skills Software: Pack office, particularly Excel extract and pivot table Experience commodity technology and manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain management process knowledge Understanding of Supply Chain optimization levers Lean principles knowledge Capacity to animate and coordinate What mindset are we looking for?
