The Order Processing Specialist has the responsibility to manage order booking using the specified electronically tools on a daily basis. Also, responsible to perform daily invoicing functions and billing processes. This position requires to be a specialist in Order Registration or/and Invoicing role. The Order Processing Specialist coordinate and work closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Controlling, and Export departments to ensure that every order is processed on time. Your tasks You are responsible to accurately enter and process order booking in a timely manner Your daily tasks include processing and following up the Order Registration Process (ORP). As well as handling data of the Project Builder in SAP according to project overview and customer's PO As a member of the Order Management Team you control assets (in Siebel/Oracle) and generate invoices — advance payment, partial and final invoices Handling billing milestones for projects and monitoring and generating billing milestone reports are part of your daily scope of work You work closely with Banks to ensure Bank Guarantee is accurately processed and cooperate with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues Last but not least – You actively work with Project Managers to update the payment milestones Our offer We provide the freedom to make your own decisions. The job will be easier with good knowledge of commercial conditions such as Incoterms, payment terms, handling of bank documents (Letter of Credit, Bank guarantee) You have strong knowledge in SAP, Outlook and Siebel and a strategic mindset with the abilities to handle multiple and conflicting priorities Possessing fluency in German and fluency in English skills you are ready to work on global projects with international and regional stakeholders Your next step – apply of course!
