Job Description Analyses Accounts Payable process and provides insights that helps decision making. Records financial and regulatory transactions, validates or advices on account reconciliations, validates and reviews journal entries. Maintain and reviews periodic updating of process documents for the process and sub-process, works with clients to ensure documentations reflect the correct and current process. Validation and review of all operational data in standard templates, summarizes and provides first level analysis. Converts results of error analysis into targeted and generic trainings. Undertakes the provision of SOX, internal and statutory audit sample requirements, addressing queries from audits and provide feedback to the management. Monitors system interface errors and resolution, system issue escalation with basic test data where required, drives and reports on status for IT issues from a business point of view. Requirements: AP experience 6+ years Experience with managing internal and external client questions regarding AP invoices, AP Payments, through ticketing systems Solid understanding of end to end Accounts Payable and accounting GL impacts Experience with AP processes for multi-national companies preferred Progressive prior experience with AP processes; including Invoice Processing, Vendor Maintenance, AP Help Desk, AP Payments Large-scale ERP experience preferred, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc..
