<br><br>POSITION : Senior Offshore Project Engineer <br><br> PROJECT : Lang Lebah Development Project<br><br> LOCATION : KL Office <br><br>DURATION : 2yrs <br><br> KEY OBJECTIVES <br><br> Responsible for executing Lang Lebah Offshore Wellhead Platforms EPC starting from EPC tendering until completion of execution phase, i.e., Completion of Offshore Platform Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and handover to operation. The job holder also interfaces, coordinates and manages multi-disciplinary engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver the projects in accordance to Company technical, quality, schedule & budget requirements and in safely manner <br><br>  <br><br> 1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES <br><br>  <br><br> • Be a focal point for Wellhead Platforms (WHP) matters for Lang Lebah Development Project. <br><br> • Ensure that the facilities are constructed and installed in safely manner and in accordance with PTTEP & Project Specifications, design documents, applicable Codes & Standards, and acceptable work practices <br><br> • Be a project focal point in coordinating with contractors and vendors relating to WHP EPC works <br><br> • Responsible to provide justification to resolve relevant project management issues, queries, deviations, and discrepancies among relevant engineering deliverables. <br><br> • Coordinating interfaces between project team, relevant departments and all stakeholders. <br><br>  <br><br> The Senior WHP Project Engineer shall be responsible for Lang Lebah Project Execution starting from EPC Contract documents & Tender Plan preparation, engagement with JV Partners and PETRONAS, Tendering, and EPC Execution of Offshore Wellhead Platforms. <br><br> The Senior WHP Project engineer shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the followings: <br><br>  <br><br> General Responsibilities Responsibilities during EPC Bidding <br><br> • Focal point to develop Tender Plan and all ITB/Contract documents and engage internal and external stakeholders to obtain alignment/approval. <br><br> • Manage multi-disciplinary project team during Tendering, including resolve all major technical, contractual and commercial problems and promptly made the decisions in order to achieve Tendering schedule, cost target and obtain approval for Contract Award from Compnay top management and PETRONAS in timely manner. <br><br>  <br><br> Responsibilities during EPC Execution <br><br> • Develop Project Execution Plan and Project Strategy toward execution phase <br><br> • Manage and supervise multi-discipline Project team, Contractor and Subcontractors toward Project goals <br><br> • Create and promoted positive SSHE culture awareness among Project team, Contractor and Subcontractor teams <br><br> • Manage stakeholders and interface among parties, both internal PTTEP stakeholders and external stakeholders <br><br> • Focal point to resolve project management issues, technical issues, quality issues, safety issues and people issues arising during EPC execution phase <br><br>  <br><br> 2. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE <br><br>  <br><br> Education Qualification <br><br><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field</li><li>Professional certificate by accredited Bodies/ Associations e.g. PMI is an advantage but not necessary</li></ul> <br><br> Desired Competency (Skills and Abilities) <br><br><ul><li>Must have extensive knowledge & experience in EPC/EPCI/EPCIC Execution of WHP, LQP and/or CPP projects, and including budget control, schedule control and quality control management.</li><li>Must have extensive knowledge & experience in Tendering starting from Contracting strategy development, Tender Plan and ITB/Contract documents preparation until award the contract, preferred in the client role.</li><li>Familiar with international codes and standards related to Offshore Platforms Engineering, Construction, Installation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning in Oil & Gas industry and also related local regulations.</li><li>Familiar with PETRONAS Procurement Standard, PPGUA requirements and General Contractual Terms & Conditions.</li><li>Good communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members and outside stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity</li><li>Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties</li></ul> <br><br> Work Experiences <br><br><ul><li>Minimum of 15 years' experience in Offshore Platform EPC/EPCI/EPCIC Projects with minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management Role.</li><li>Must have Experiences in Tendering of Offshore Platform EPC/EPCI/EPCIC Contracts in the similar scale with Lang Lebah Project preferred in the client role.</li><li>Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or Project Engineer during Offshore WHP, LQP and/or CPP EPC works for major project are required.</li></ul> <br><br>  <br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
