RTP Analyst & Expeditor

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Procurement: &bull; Assist and educate customers how to effectively convey their needs through purchase requests. &bull; Facilitate timely receiving of completely-filled up and duly approved purchase requests. &bull; Facilitate timely issuance of duly-approved project purchase orders with the required Ts&amp;Cs and ensure timely delivery of service orders. &bull; Manage suppliers to enable on-time delivery of goods and services. &bull; Plan and organize activities to ensure on-time delivery of urgent and/or critical goods and services. Contracts (including subcontracts): &bull; Manage the subcontract call-off orders to ensure that all deliveries are supported with a valid and approved call-off order. Expediting: &bull; Collect all technical scope details from the scope requestor. &bull; Transfer and deliver technical scope details to sub-contractors for quality quotations and proposals. &bull; Identify and select best service providers considering cost and quality efficient propositions. &bull; Consistently liaise with sub-contractors, QCs and other key players within the scope for progress monitoring and issue resolutions. &bull; Ensure completeness of documents required in preparation of final work completion certificate. &bull; Facilitate approval and close out of work completion certificate and ensure recording of documents in the common repository. &bull; Proactively monitor and ensure on time delivery of assigned goods and services. &bull; Monitor the OTD performance of assigned Suppliers. &bull; Timely escalation and resolution of critical delivery issues. &bull; Keep internal and external customers informed of the status of goods and services deliveries. Stakeholder management: &bull; Develop a professional and positive &
39;partnership&
39; relationship with all CP stakeholders. &bull; Educate customers on CP procedures to avoid mis-aligned expectations. &bull; Take the lead in resolving CP-related issues. &bull; Promptly escalate issues, or potential issues, when significant impact to operations is imminent. Quality management: &bull; Assist in the pre-qualification process for assigned suppliers/contractors-subcontractors. &bull; Ensure all pertinent CP Policies, Procedure, Guidelines, and Forms are formally documented. &bull; Ensure that all CP Policies, Procedure, Guidelines, and Forms are used in the actual process. &bull; Periodically review the current business processes to identify room for improvement. &bull; Develop contract management plans and monitor the performance against plan. &bull; Monitor and publish the required CP-related reports and KPIs.<br />

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />

E ducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br />
<br />
1. Technical / Degree in any relevant Engineering or Commercial area.<br />
<br />
2. Knowledge of supply chain management.<br />
<br />
3. Must be a strategic thinker with sound commercial sense.<br />
<br />
4. Demonstrate strong negotiation and implementation skills.<br />
<br />
5. Experience with SAP.<br />
<br />
Experience:<br />
<br />
Minimum of ten (10) years&
39; experience in sourcing, buying or expediting role preferably in offshore, oil<br />
<br />
&amp; gas environment.<br />
