Senior Project Manager

<b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>The Druck Oil and Gas Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Subsea Project Deck, driving consistency in delivery of schedule, scope and budget through all aspects of project execution, they will be responsible for resource management, customer and cross functional engagement in their respective sector. <br><br><b> As a </b><b> Senior Project Manager </b><b> , you will be responsible for: </b><br><br>The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Product management, Engineering and Supply chain leaders ensuring all projects are appropriately resourced and everyone is agreed on the department's project priorities.<br><ul><li>Driving project accountability throughout the Subsea business.<br></li><li>Managing Project Deck, including resource location and capacity<br></li><li>Driving project management metrics for the Subsea business.<br></li><li>Able to communicate at all levels within the organization.<br></li><li>Can operate whilst under pressure and remain focused on project objectives.<br></li><li>Leading cross-functional project teams throughout the entire Project Life Cycle (PLC) in accordance with the Druck stage gate process. <br></li><li>Providing formal project appraisal on a regular basis to the management team against clear project Key Progress Indicators (quality, cost and schedule).<br></li><li>Understanding scheduling and the Constraint Programming method<br></li><li>Is flexible to meeting demands of the business.<br></li><li>Confidence to challenge the project team members and functional managers on performance and meeting targets.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have proven years' experience with a Technical Background<br></li><li>Have demonstrable project management experience<br></li><li>Have previous leadership experience<br></li><li>Have undertaken formal project management training<br></li><li>Have proven track record of successful project management<br></li><li>Have demonstrated success in influencing and leading cross-functional teams<br></li><li>Have strong written and verbal communication skills<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Desirable: </b> <br><ul><li>Six Sigma trained<br></li><li>Member of professional project management institute APM / PMI<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
