<b>Partner with the best </b><br />

Service Delivery Coordinator works with the Field Specialists within the Artificial Lift Systems product line. This role focuses on the coordination of field service personnel and ensures flawless execution to our customers.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing commercial proposals in response to customer enquiries</li>
<li>Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion</li>
<li>Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of client&
39;s objectives</li>
<li>Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in Italy to ensure successful completion</li>
<li>Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.</li>
<li>Familiar with the assigned client&
39;s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a High School Diploma with 5+ relevant experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Demonstrate solid experience in Artificial Lift Services &amp; Operations</li>
<li>Have good team working and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams</li>
