Tender Manager - Digital Grid

Your Mission As Digital Grid Tender Manager you will be part of Digital Grid Tendering Team inside Schneider Electric, actively working in the full life cycle of tenders related to different solutions and products in the energy sector (i.e.: ADMS, Smart Metering and GIS) Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! Detailed analysis of requirements included in client’s tender documents Preparation of technical, commercial, and administrative documents which will be part of the offer to the client Cost calculation of the product and/or solution, in coordination with other Digital Grid Departments (i.e.: Operations and Product) Management of internal tender approval process, in coordination with Corporate Departments (i.e.: legal, financial and risks) Management of relationship with internal and external clients Support to Commercial Department during the whole tender life cycle Qualifications About You Education: University Msc/Bsc Electrical Engineering Degree Language requirements: Fluent in English Experience: Experience in SCADA & PLC and/ or Software for Electrical utilities Experience in tendering management in Electric Business or equivalent Technical acumen to understand customer business needs and how SE products can meet those needs Knowledge of project financial analysis, bonding, and financial insurance techniques is a plus Skills requirements High communication skills, both orally and written Ability to work in demanding situations with pressure to achieve results / objectives Ability for self-planning and organization.
