WELDING ENGINEER

<ul><li> Takes the lead on all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) initiatives and ensures the safety of work team </li><li> Define welding process and WPS used </li><li> Calculate welding labor hours and consumable required for the project </li><li> Provide technical support to production day to day related welding issue </li><li> Develop welding repair plan </li><li> Maintain welder qualification </li><li> Lead analytical and perform corrective action using proven technique related welding defect </li><li> Drive continues improvement on welding quality </li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>Degree in mechanical or technic machine from an accredited University or College</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing / welding</li><li>Certified as Welding Engineer</li><li>Familiar with ASME IX</li><li>Familiar with WPOS and PQOR</li><li>Familiar with root cause analysis tools</li><li>Technical expertise in welding processing manufacturing</li></ul>
