Genvia will scale up the next generation of electrolyzer technology with the deployment of a gigafactory . <br><br>SCOPE AND SUBJECT OF THE INTERNSHIP <br><br>The objective of this internship is to define a digital architecture and models to integrate three types of digital twins into Genvia Smart Factory platform: digital twins for manufactured products , manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment . For each of these twins , y ou will the n develop a prototype for a use case that demonstrates performance efficiency in manufacturing operations . <br><br>This is a highly visible project within the Montpellier Technology Center . <br><br>RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES <br><br>As part of Genvia Digital Manufacturing team, y ou will be based in MpTC and have the responsibilities to design and build the first digital twins for Genvia Smart Factory . <br><br>As a Software Engineer, you will work in an autonomous manner, supported by technical experts. You will visit the factory in Beziers once a week to learn about the manufacturing processes , collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify candidates for digital twin applications . <br><br>TARGET DISCIPLINES AND SPECIAL SKILLS <br><br>Analytical mindset with s trong modelling and simulation skills <br><br>Passionate in programming ( Python 3 ) and learning new technologies <br><br>Data Engineering and System Engineering ( SysML or at least UML ) <br><br>Strong interest in manufacturing ( processes & equipment ) and cross-discipline projects ( mechanical , electrical , t hermodynamics , pneumatics) <br><br>Excellent communication skills and good English written & oral skills <br><br>LEVEL OF STUDY AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATION <br><br>F inal year <br><br>K nowledge of manufacturing and IIoT domain s <br><br>Knowledge of discrete-event simulation models and BPMN tools (Camunda) <br><br>Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
