Our Avenues program allows you to gain different work experiences across our Audit, Tax and Advisory practice as you begin your career as a new graduate, or co-op student. As you work shoulder to shoulder with your clients, you will build relationships that will highlight the value you bring to them using your advanced business acumen and ability to provide deeper industry insights. Client visits are an important part of most roles, so you’ll be moving from environment to environment to experience a broad range of different industries, locations, and businesses. This variation in the role means there is no set pattern for the types of work you will be doing on a day-to-day basis. Throughout the program, you’ll have a dedicated Development Manager to ensure you receive broad experiences that are aligned with your interests to assist you in creating your individualized career path.
