The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor coordinates the activities necessary for the completion of all production plans. Supervises, trains, coordinates, and distributes tasks among all employees for the operation of the assigned area. Assures adequate maintenance of facilities manufacturing equipment, in a compliance environment of a 24 hours/ 7 days operation. Supports the development of special projects and initiatives established by the Company’s’ Business Plan. Reviews (when required) and approves the manufacturing records. You will: • Attend GMP trainings on the schedule designated for the role and as appropriate. • Adhere to strict compliance with procedures applicable to the role. • Exercise the highest level of integrity in the tasks performed. • Identify, report and seek correction for deviations noted in the workplace, in a timely and prompt manner. • Embrace a behavior of employee involvement and commitment to doing the job right the first time. • Ensure employees under the scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures for the execution of their role and maintains current with training requirements during the year. • Promote an environment of employee involvement in the workplace. • Seek timely identification, reporting and correction of deviations in the workplace as noted by employees. • Coordinate daily activities of the department. • Promote and monitor the
