As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our IT observability business through development of our flagship product (oriondemo.solarwinds.com). We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude. Responsibilities Your Impact In this role, you will be able to drive technical discussions and influence the product you’ll work on You will be part of an agile team that writes code, tests it, takes care of its high quality and maintenance You and your team will be responsible for the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing and deployment You will cooperate with other teams, in international environment, to ensure product and organization goals are met You will be technical leader of the team to implement features according to design You will be guiding the team to follow best practices and keep standards Qualifications Your Experience Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations Understands customer focus and solutions Driven to help others Verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred experience – C
