Safety Admin Support

<li>Job Overview:
<ul>
<li>Administrative support for our team of 2 field safety representatives whose scope covers our terminals, refineries, and retail destinations across Canada for multiple product streams. Reporting to the Manager Logistics Operations - Trucks, you will work in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders such as our carrier partners, maintenance team, Carrier Operations and Trucking Operations teams, and EH&amp;S group.</li>

<li>Key Accountabilities:
<ul>
<li>Incident tool workflow advance, and admin functions</li>
<li>Work with vendors to ensure receiving timely documentation for entry into Enablon</li>
<li>Develop monthly stewardship reporting</li>
<li>Assist with incident investigations</li>
<li>Manage reporting of incident KPI</li>
<li>Assist in creating newsletters/bulletins</li>
<li>Assist in processing invoices for payment</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating safety blitzes</li>
<li>Attend safety meetings as scribe, communicate notes &amp; action items</li>

<li>Required Qualifications: none</li>
<li>Experience and Education:
<ul>
<li>post-secondary education</li>
<li>experience in safety an asset</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Skills and Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency in French an asset</li>
<li>Advanced MS Office</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Time management skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of PowerBI an asset</li>
<li>Team Player</li>
<li>Adaptability to change</li>
<li>Ability to handle shifting priorities</li>
