PROJECT MGR

For OneSubsea Processing we are looking to strengthen our team within project management. You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team working with Installation and commissioning and Life of field. Our team provide installation and commissioning support for multiphase meters, subsea pumps and compressors, swivel & marine systems and subsea production systems <br><br>The job will include independent tasks and working in team with project and engineering across our internal organization and external clients. <br><br>By joining our team, you will be embarking on a unique journey with the world's leading provider of technology to the global energy industry. <br><br>The position is in Bergen and local connection is preferred.<br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> Job description: <br><br>The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for customers through project lifecycle and is responsible to build, develop, and grow the relationship with customer who is vital for successful project execution and customer satisfaction. <br><br>The PM will coordinate activities with internal OneSubsea Departments, external vendors and customers as required to ensure the project is executed in accordance with the contract requirements. <br><br>Main responsibilities: <br><br>Main point of contact for a defined group of clients, supporting subsea pump and compressor systems, swivel systems or multiphase meters. <br><br>Responsible for proactive follow-up of clients, providing aftermarket services. Dialogue with the client, quotation work, approval of purchase orders. <br><br>Close collaboration with our resource planner and field engineers. Briefing and debriefing of field personnel related to missions. Technical follow up in collaboration with technical experts. <br><br>Organise and plan onshore and offshore mobilization of field personnel. <br><br>Responsible for ensuring that reports are issued after completed jobs, and that drawings and documents are updated. <br><br>Responsible for creating, follow-up and completion of sales orders, and timely handover of complete material to finance for invoicing. <br><br>Overview of cost recognition allocated to sales orders. Financial responsibility for sales orders according to quoted work. <br><br>Follow up and execution of service agreements. <br><br>Technical and commercial support of client requests. <br><br>Required background: <br><br>B.Sc. or M.Sc with a background in process, subsea, mechanics, automation, electronics/ instrumentation or similar. <br><br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
