<p>Project Development Manager - Civil (2 positions)</p>

<p>Location: Seoul, South Korea with International business trips</p>

<p>Start: ASAP</p>

<p>Duration: 12 months renewable contract</p>

<p>Salary: Negotiable</p>

<p>Working Week: Monday - Friday 40 hrs p/week</p>

<p>Annual home leave provided</p>

<p>Accommodation / Flights / Insurances provided by Client </p>

<p>Position1 - Project Development for Australia & North America (+Europe) civil & Infrastructure markets</p>

<p>Position2 - Project Development for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (+ Middle East) civil & Infrastructure markets - Arabic Speaker is preferred</p>

Market Investigation, Study and establishing Strategy<br />
Client & Stakeholders Networking and building relationship (by regular visit, Video call, etc)<br />
Developing PR/Presentation Material and performing Presentation<br />
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or relevant field</p>

<p>Work experience in Australian or North America or UK Engineering & Construction companies for over 10 years<br />
Professional knowledge in KSA or Gulf Countries' construction markets<br />
Various civil projects (Road, Bridge, harbour, tunnel etc.) experience as project development manager or design/construction/planning managers <br />
Professional knowledge in Australian or NA or equivalent construction markets<br />
Specialized in developing PR/Presentation material<br />
Expertise on public Presentation (to Client, partners, stakeholders)</p>
