Associate Director - LD&T Projects

Overview JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to drive all on going and new Supply Chain transformational Projects such as, ISCP JDA Implementations Project Manage the CRS Project by working closely with all stake holders including the Field GTM /CRS Managers and the back-end SC Planning teams to drive process synergies and adherence Support all LD& T projects in the LD& T space like Proteus Network Modelling, Smart spend Supply chain losses projects Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Project Manage the Continuous replenishment system (CRS) to all SAMNA distributors. Enhance the CRS program to make it 100% automated and reduce manual intervention working closely with BIS and Meibach. Manage the CRS process on a daily basis with the help of COPC cell and ensure CRS order compliance, working closely with Field LD& T Transformation Managers Drive and lead the large IT implementation projects such as SAP MRP, I2 Demand and Supply Planner, WMS to support SC Automation in the ISCP space Identify and manage all Network optimization initiatives for the company currently underway under Proteus 3 Provide Project Management expertise to lead the Core and Extended project teams. Conduct the project team meeting and highlight risk/mitigation plan to Steering committee for various LD& T Projects Conduct Training and handhold post go live until the new system or processes stabilize. Single Point contact from LD& T to deliver the Paid project which is a mission critical project for PepsiCo Work with ISCP Sector teams Qualifications EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Min Experience of 7 – 9 years in SC with a good SC professional degree Strong SC professional with high level of commitment, passion, and ability to handle stress and deliver results Well versed with IT tools such as SAP, I2, and APO etc. Experience of managing large transformational projects such as i2 implementation, SAP implementation or managing large scale process changes in supply chain domain in large organization. Good communication skill – written and oral. Project Management Skill Interpersonal relations – Customer Service Orientation, Collaboration, and Influencing Skills
