근무지: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka 포스팅 날짜: Nov 22 2022 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose Build GSK JMD digital and business transformation strategy with a future vision fit for GSK Japan ambition Develop digital and business transformation roadmaps for JMD in alignment with the JMD strategy and stakeholders. Lead JMD digital and business transformation initiatives, drive end to end new digital innovation projects landing in GSK JMD. Establish strong partnership with Tech organizations to fully leverage global and local tech capabilities Key Responsibilities Business Process: Design the optimal set of business processes and related digital solutions that meets the business strategy and requirements. Change management: define the end goal, understand the impact of changes, identify key change leaders, set up goals and milestones, and monitor performance and adjust if needed. Entrepreneurship: collaborate resource within tech, development, medical as well as other GSK functions, align with industry trend and opportunities, develop GSK digital solutions covering technology, business model, strategic partnership, and ecosystem. Dashboard: establish dashboard to track JMD performance (Clinical development and Medical) with digital technology provided from tech team Clinical development: implement Decentralized Clinical Trial, e.g., digital biomarker, as part of global initiatives with clinical operation team Medical: accelerate omni-channel strategy 　in collaboration with expert of AI/ML technology External Focus: Learn advanced digital practices from retail, eCommerce, insource, banking, internet hospital, internet pharmacy, private domain etc., and enable GSK to explore and adopt these practices when applicable. Promote: Responsible for developing material (PPT, video, interview, internal posting) to share GSK JMD digital & Tech success stories. 応募要件 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill Bachelor’s degree on business management related major, MBA and certification of change management or project management highly prefer　 (Digital Transformation, life science, Project Management) 経験 Experience 5 years+ experience in a similar or related role with a proven track record of delivering results and making the connections between business and digital technology benefit/value. 10 years+ working experience in business solutions, digital transformation or related field, leadership experience, digital / technology service provisioning, budget management, resource management, strategy/organization/planning, or project management. Experience of defining the business strategies and influencing the key stakeholders. Experience of driving and leading innovative solutions. Proven experience of leading change and using different approaches and methodologies. Good business acumen. Awareness of relevant legislation in pharma industry. Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes. Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and of competitor activity 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Broader knowledge of digital trend in the industry, digital savvy, and out-of-box thinking Strong networking and connections with internal/external stakeholders. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to interpret and communicate technical & digital languages into business language, able to identify Business Value that a technology & digital can bring into Pharma industry and design digital & tech products. Experience of directing cross functional teams. Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation/patient focus, and cross-cultural working. Fluent English in oral and written.
