Draftsman

We are looking for a self-motivated draftsman who know how to create technical drawings and prepare Shop DWG, understanding of electrical systems and wiring drawings, demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, collaborate with engineers to make adjustments based on their advice. Responsibilities: Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Outline the Project construction process on the technical drawings Preparation of Design & Shop DWG with different systems. Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. Communicating with engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. Preparing As-built, DWG Generate AS Built Drawing as per SEEDS-II requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Field Preferably has Electrical background Professional use of CAD 2D/3D - Microstation - Revit Math’s skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills English Fluency Demonstrated strong excel and computer skills Ownership & Commitment; Fully dedication and commitment for the assignment with highly attitude Schedule: Full-time Req: 007NSF
