Global Master Data Finance Service Delivery Team Lead

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Team Lead position leading Global Master Data, located in Manila, Philippines. The Team Lead, Finance Master Data is responsible to lead a team to deliver specific Finance Master Data Global process functions serviced by GS Finance-Manila in J&J. Key Responsibilities: Perform the end-to-end activities in specific Global Finance Master Data processes according to WWP Ensure that team activities follow proper procedures in accordance with corporate company accounting policies. Proactively identify, rectify and follow-up errors and causes of errors. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality of work and service by Finance Master Data team through regular review, checks and approval. Resolve Finance complex or critical process issues which go beyond Finance Master Data team member’s capabilities. Manage risks through mitigation and escalation. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create as needed. Lead the problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved within the Service Level Agreements (SLA). Work closely together with other Process Managers and Team Leads to ensure best possible communication and interaction between the processes. Drive implementation of business process improvement initiatives to the team as required. Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities – ensure staff are available as required. Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service. Manage and monitor team performance on a regular basis to ensure that service levels and targets as defined in Service Level Agreements are met; and take corrective action when required. Qualifications Education: At least University degree in finance related field or equivalent with professional certification (e.g. CPA) Experience and Skills: Required: At least 4-6 years experience in operations with comprehensive understanding of process and procedures, service management concepts, as well as compliance and control At least 2-3 years in a management and/or supervisory role Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to help shape and model the desired culture Ability to express ideas and information in an organized and logical manner Quantitative and analytical skills for problem solving and issue /risk mitigation Provide valuable inputs to issues and/or business cases which are relevant to Directors and Senior Management regarding complex and sensitive decisions Innovates and effects continuous improvement Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes Strong knowledge of concepts, principles and procedures for ATR process Ability to identify areas of improvement to work effectiveness and efficiency, and drive necessary action to completion Preferred: Finance Master Data knowledge and experience is preferred Other: This position will require up to 5% international travel Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
