Business Development/ Sales Support

This exciting role offers opportunity to: Perform general secretarial/assistant functions to support Country Manager (CM) and the management team Provide the assistance and coordination to CM on various project Assist CM in internal/external meeting materials preparation Administer visa, flight and hotel reservation and other travel arrangement for CM and the management team Coordinate with departments to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and analysis. Consolidate departments comments and updates and have their feedback and follow up actions New product/market research and analysis Qualifications Minimum of 5 years working experience and at least 3 years experiences in providing secretarial/personal assistance to senior management in multi-national companies. Excellent in Microsoft Office tool skill; with Microsoft office related certificate is a plus Excellent data analysis skills IT/Technical related background is preferred Yes!
