You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects and present your results.<br><br>As an Intern, you will be:<br><ul><li>Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset</li><li>Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements</li><li>Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders</li><li>Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained</li><li>Pursuing your development through different best practices and projects inside the organization</li><li>Able the learn and develop your soft skills in a professional environment, preparing you for the market or for our Entry Level positions after your internship</li></ul><br> Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you Should:<br><ul><li>Be currently enrolled in <b> a Logistics, Administrative o related </b> bachelor's degree and have at least <b> 1 year </b> left of school.</li><li>Have maintained a <b> GPA </b>grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country</li><li>Be fluent in oral and written <b> English </b></li><li>Have the <b> legal right to work </b> without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied</li><li>Be prepared to enroll yourself with different activities and projects, being owner of them and having an active voice to be part of the team and the company in a large scale</li></ul><br><b> Essential Responsibilities </b> <br><br>BKR has an open position for an Intern in Mexico City fo r the Field Services operation. The intern experience will provide opportunities to develop the fundamental skills and knowledge related to the Oil & Gas Turbomachinery business as well as relations with other areas of the company. The Intern will work with the Field Services team on a variety of business related projects. Specifically, the EID intern will: <br><br><ul><li> Manage and File documents and reports as back up for invoicing process. </li><li> Work with Project Manager and Project owners across the region to transfer the Field Service cost. </li></ul><ul><li> Be the owner of the Worked and Missing hours' metrics, support with utilization optimization. </li><li> Manage the stock of PPE and EHS equipment. </li><li> Support the daily operation of the Field Services Team, including Quality, EHS and execution. </li></ul><br><br><b> Qualifications / Requirements </b> <br><ul><li> Engineering student currently enrolled in a degree program in an accredited university. </li><li> Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and concisely and work with all levels of GE management. </li><li> Fluent in English language . </li><li> Proficiency using excel and MS office. </li><li> Must be able to work 30 + hours per week during academic semesters. </li></ul><br><br><b> Desired Characteristics </b> <br><ul><li> Student coursing 6th to 7th semester of academic bachelor's degree. </li><li> Good technical writing skills in English and Spanish. </li><li> Knowledge of basic thermodynamics and Turbomachinery. </li></ul><ul><li> Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry in the country. </li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
