Finance Manager, Inventory Projects

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager PIC COE Inventory and Plan Projects. Preferred locations for this role are Cork, Ireland, Switzerland, Puerto Rico. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company The Medical Devices Principal, Inventory, and Costing COE (PIC COE) is a global organization responsible for ~$6B of Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP), $4B Profit in Inventory (PII) reserve, $6B of net inventory, and global master data controls for 40MM ICPs and ~400k SKU standard costs across thousands of unique financial and physical product flows. The position of Finance Manager is part of the PIC Organization and will report to the Finance Director PIC Inventory and Plan. The complexity of the Medical Devices business along with the number of unique financial flows presents an opportunity to streamline and simplify operating procedures, which will create cross functional value for the enterprise. The PIC COE Inventory and Plan is therefore looking for a finance manager who will act as an E2E finance workstream lead for PIC Inventory and Plan for all projects related to financial flow changes. The finance manager will be the PIC Inventory finance workstream representative and take a lead position to ensure the projects are correctly being actioned from an Inventory perspective. Activities are linked to, but not limited to, review of current Inventory Reporting, update to Inventory tools with updated data, providing input to overall flow setup inventory impact for new flows and provide recommendations. Knowledge on Inventory, reserves accounting, intercompany pricing and global financial flow management/execution is highly preferred. Medical Devices experience is a plus Ability to keep focused on deliverables The base pay range for this position is $93,000- $159,850 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
