<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator within the Conventional Energy Canada business unit. We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual with comprehensive knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, able to function with a fair degree of independence. <br><br>The Project Administrator will provide support to the Project Management Team. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b> : <br><ul><li> Compile and generate correspondence and presentations </li><li> Arrange travel and prepare expense reports </li><li> Schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings as required </li><li> Compile, review, and analyze data </li><li> Format and edit documents </li><li> Onboard and offboard personnel </li><li> Process overtime requests </li><li> Manage office seating requirements for both internal moves and new starts to the project team </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> At least 5 years of administrative experience </li><li> Knowledge of EPC Administration </li><li> Oil/gas and/or EPC experience </li><li> Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li> Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li> Experience with SharePoint and Oracle </li><li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, follow-up and meet deadlines </li><li> Speed and efficiency </li><li> Ability to multi task </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
