Country Marketing Communication Leader

He/She is in charge of overall Global Marketing in Malaysia and support the country sales team(s) in gaining market share within their countries through extending Schneider Electric's measured brand awareness and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior communications. Target relevant markets using all available and appropriate tools of the marketing mix with sound knowledge of Digital Marketing, Event, and PR. Contribute to efficient lead generation management and strongly drive relevant ROI. Continuously correct tactics and budget allocation according to the individual ROI of communication activities. What will you do? Localise corporate marketing communications strategies, plan and drive tactics in order to build up Schneider brand and corporate position in relevant end market. Drive Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) strategy locally, in line with global plans and localising for impact Adopt and localise integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various relevant tactics and working with appropriate agencies to execute effectively for outstanding results. Drive DCR performance in support of customer satisfaction and monthly active users. Suggest, follow up and control budgets for agreed activity in order to maximize ROI. Support the company’s related overall image and business perfromance. Provide transformation leadership in the cluster to support the organization evolution towards the future of combined Sales and Marketing in a new digital world. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication or other related field At least 10 years’ experience in Marketing Communications with 3 years at supervisory level. Good knowledge of Digital marketing. B2B experience and lead management experience / ROI mindset. Change management experience. Good command of English, strong leadership and good interpersonal skill, influence and convince skills What's in it for me?
