Role and responsibility: 1. Ecosystem & Alliance: Identify and develop potential ecosystem partners in new energy and carbon neutrality segments. Responsible for ecosystem partner relationship management. Lead end-to-end Alliance project management, business planning, joint solution and joint Go-To-Market model building, land pilot project with business units. Fully collaborate with different Functions & BU teams to both get internal alignment and to drive the business growth and leverage investment as a tool when necessary. 2.Strategic planning: Engage in overall ecosystem strategy planning and lead the planning and implementation for designated domains. Strategic and prospective study, provide decision basis and alternative solutions for the Corporate and Business Unit management team. Make the early period research and demonstration for innovation business and major decisions, make the scheme and implementation plan 资格 Qualifications Bachelor above degree, Major in New Energy/Electricity is a plus 5-10 Years’ experience in partnership & ecosystem, innovation, solution selling, strategic planning, preferably in new energy industry.
