IT Lead

This IT Lead position will have accountability for MLL (Manufacturing, Logistics, Labs) Platforms (Network and Compute), including GxP and non-GxP, for Supply Chain sites in APAC. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the delivery of standardized platforms (Compute and Network) to support the Build and Run of Applications to meet the needs of the J&J Supply Chain units in APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing new infrastructure solutions and driving innovation in a healthcare company. There will be responsible for directing employees as well as contracted resources. Experience in a matrixed environment and leading support teams is required. Leadership and Governance : Be the SPOC for all MLL Platform Intake requests Gather MLL-specific requirements from stakeholders Represent MLL towards Service Owners for J&J IT Core Services, including Network and Compute teams Drive roll-out of new/changed MLL Platform Services Provide innovative ways of problem-solving and implementing system improvements The subject matter expert on MLL Platform Services and associated processes Partnering with IT to define and prioritize a portfolio of solutions that transform and standardize capabilities Collaborate with Regional IT Teams to foster teamwork between all teams to devise standard processes and solutions. Execution : Review business requirements and partner with local Site IT teams and J&J Core Network and Compute infrastructure teams to define the required platforms to be deployed. Ensure that standard platforms are being deployed and if nonstandard platforms need to be deployed, ensure risk assessment is performed and total cost of ownership is assessed. Work with Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) on Cybersecurity standards to ensure all implementations are meeting security standards and are adhering to the ISA95 design principles. Provide consulting services to Site IT and Automation teams, as well as J&J Technology Services (JJTS) departments, regarding processes and technologies for MLL Interface to the JJTS SMEs to work on solutions, documentation, and information required by the Supply Chain business units. Escalate business as well as JJTS internal issues to bring them to resolution. This includes financial and sourcing/procurement issues. Ensure implemented solutions comply with Information Asset Protection Policies (IAPP), and GxP standards and guidelines Qualifications Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required Broad knowledge of infrastructure and Supply Chain business processes in complex medium to large-scale mission-critical enterprise environments. Good understanding of network segregation, Isolated Computing Environment (ICE), and manufacturing and distribution environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams through complex discussions to technical solutions Good understanding of operational processes related to patching, anti-virus, software distribution, Active Directory, backup, etc. Proven track record in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges required Expert communication skills required including at the executive level required Good to have experience in GxP systems, Computer System Validation and a proven track record in the support of FDA-regulated systems and business requirements.
