Warehouse Lead (Poland)

Job Summary Pending Award Purpose: This position plans, organizes, develops, and executes multiple logistics functions, may include transportation, service, property, supply, inventory, and warehousing operations. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and performs as act for during his absence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, inventory, configure, store and issue Equipment in accordance with U.S. Army Supply Policies and Procedures as well as local policies and regulations IAW the PWS. Count, sort, or weigh incoming/outgoing material to verify receipt/issue of items against receipt/shipping documents. Possess knowledge of warehouse operations. Maintains inventory and other stock records, using computer terminal. May be required to operate a variety of STAMIS programs, such as GCSS-A. Input data and generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by department. May move or transport material or supplies to other departments, using hand forklift or industrial truck. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 4 years’ related experience required. Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English NACI investigation may be required Preferred Qualifications Prior Military 92A or 92Y a preferred. GCSS-A Warehouse certification preferred Experience in OCONUS Warehouse environment a plus.
