Sr. Investment Manager, China Innovation

Establish VC network in China, to scout in the entire innovation ecosystem; build investment and partnership candidate pool and pipeline by prioritizing strategic domain market research Proceed the early period research and demonstration of innovation business for major investment directions Conduct strategy and financial assessment of venture investment opportunities, from scouting, engaging due diligence of pipeline; assist on successful recommendation to Investment Committee Work with financial/legal team to lead project from scouting to closing Actively involve in post-investment management to drive business synergies Undertake other tasks assigned by the Innovation@Edge China Hub 资格 Bachelor above degree, MBA is preferred. Majored in Information Technology and Energy Transition related areas is preferred 5-8 Years’ experience in corporate venture function in renowned MNC or top-tier strategic consulting firm or renowned venture capital Renewable energy, AI & data science, smart manufacturing etc. experience & background is a plus International, multi-cultural experience, overseas education background is a plus Good communication and presentation skill; Fluent English & Mandarin is a must 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 007Z8M
