EMEA Regional Tax Accounting Manager (New Consumer Health Company)

Responsibilities: Manage the relationship and work closely with the regional co-source provider(s) on EMEA income tax provision work Review non-US tax provision calculations prepared by the co-source provider Perform scenario planning and ETR calculations based on EMEA tax legislative proposals Collaborate with Global Tax Accounting and Reporting Senior Director regarding regional tax accounting issues during major forecast and actual cycles Maintain close relationship/coordinate with Controllership, US and regional tax teams and external auditor to ensure tax reporting requirements are met Collaborate closely with Global Services to ensure smooth handoff of US GAAP and statutory financials data required for the calculation of the local country tax provision Review data analytics for interim and annual tax provisions in ONESOURCE tax provision Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in tax accounting and reporting Manage tax risks across the EMEA region Perform other work-related duties as assigned and ad hoc. Qualifications Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance Certified or Chartered Accountant or Tax Professional A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting or related business A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Preferred Requirements/Competencies: Prior supervisory experience with passion for people management/talent development ONESOURCE Tax Provision software experience SAP experience ASC 740 experience Primary Location Switzerland-Zug-Zug- Organization Cilag GmbH International (8525) Job Function Finance Requisition ID 2206065116W
