As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Planning, control and operational follow up for assigned projects.</li>
<li>Ensuring quality service as per company procedures</li>
<li>Assisting in preparation of budget and projections and responsible for financial control of assigned projects</li>
<li>Ensuring prompt and efficient reporting and administration</li>
<li>Ongoing communication concerning ongoing operations and projected activity with the Manager for product line</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in offshore production operations and logistics).</li>
<li>In addition to the above, have 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management.</li>
