Strong Experience in L2-L3 Process, Incident Management, Problem Ticket management 2. Strong Experience in Triaging , Troubleshooting and Issue resolution 3. Strong experience in leading teams, reporting, operations and managing workload 4. Good Administrative experience and hands-on knowledge of RHEL , JBoss, Java and/or NodeJS 5. Good Experience with Splunk or other equivalent tools 6. Good experience in writing shell scripts for automation 7. Good experience in Maintaining and managing code repository - Git 8. Good Experience with Build scripts - Jenkins or any CI/CD tool knowledge 9. Good Experience with tools such as Veracode/Sonarqube 10. Experience in quality control procedures 11.
