<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk">Our Technology & Data Analytics (TDA) business unit is 600 strong and offers a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change.Our Mid-Market Transformation team specialise in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutionsWe are now looking for experienced Data and Analytics Managers to join a fast-growing team focused on a rapidly growing market and assist us in combining technology and data delivery to become the leading business integrator and client-side advisor.<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead the delivery of complex Data Analytics projects and programmes</li><li>Manage matrixed teams made up of people from PwC, our clients and other third parties</li><li>Identify and prioritise data analytics projects with our clients </li><li>Own and ensure quality in the end to end project lifecycle from ideation through to benefits realisation</li><li>Deliver value for our clients through helping them solve their biggest problems with data analytics.</li><li>Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including C-level executives</li><li>This role will give the right candidate senior exposure at PwC and will present opportunities for progression.</li></ul><b>Essential skills &amp; experience</b><br /><br />Technical Skills<ul><li>Experience developing data analytics solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure but will consider GCP or AWS)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience developing data solutions using modern business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI but will consider Tableau or Qlik)</li><li>Deep analytics experience in at least one function (e.g Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement etc.)</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Experience managing multiple analytics projects from ideation through to benefits realisation</li><li>Experience running projects using an Agile methodology (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban etc.)</li><li>Experience using Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA, Kanbanchi etc)</li></ul>Commercial Skills<ul><li>Ability to identify new opportunities and turn these into budgeted projects</li><li>Ability to understand complex business problems and design suitable analytics solutions</li><li>Experience in turning analytics solutions into measurable benefit</li></ul><p>.</p><br /><p><strong>Risk</strong> <br />We&rsquo;re a leading provider of trust in the digital world - in the eyes of our people, our clients and our stakeholders.
