Service Delivery Technical Manager -Mexico (Wireline, OFS)

The position drive consistency and execution excellence while maximizing the revenue, cost, and cash collection. <br><br>As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li> Providing technical guidance, planning, and work direction to service delivery people. </li><li> Communicating and presenting technical information confidently and efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders . </li><li> Managing complex project processes and 'connecting all the dots to define the best approach for varied customer needs. </li><li> Developing and integrating processes, short and long-term planning, and creating custom solutions to contribute to business strategy and growth. </li><li> Driving continuous improvement by </li><li> Identifying any gaps in local capabilities and developing improvement plans to ensure compliance. </li><li> Fielding incident management process reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions, and closure. </li><li> Monitoring the KPI to evaluate the effectiveness of the operational activity. </li><li> Taking action on any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuous improvement. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role, you will: <br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent industry and work experience in Wireline. </li><li> Experience or in-depth knowledge of Wireline oilfield products & services, field service, and technical advising. </li><li> Have 5+ years of proven field experience in the segments of Open Hole & Cased Hole. </li><li> Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams. </li><li> Able to fluently speak and write in English . </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
