The right candidate loves teamwork but also relish the opportunity to take independent decisions to grow the business. <br><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><ul> <li> Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity </li> <li> Profit & Loss for Operation </li> <li> Proactive sales to new and existing customers </li> <li> Participate in the further development services, markets, and work processes </li> <li> Actively contribute with measures for continuous improvement </li> <li> Ensure focus on good HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) and quality in the work </li> <li> Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity </li> <li> Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals </li> <li> Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment etc.) </li> <li> Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness </li> <li> Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers </li> <li> Represent the company in events, conferences etc. </li> <li> Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines </li> </ul><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><ul> <li> Proven experience as manager </li> <li> Excellent organizational and leadership skills </li> <li> Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities </li> <li> Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development </li> <li> Proven skills in delivering on budget and delivering good customer experience in a cost-efficient way </li> <li> Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems </li> <li> BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus </li> </ul><br><b>Competencies</b><ul> <li> A commercial mindset with the ability to understand our business and what creates value for our key account customers and Oceaneering </li> <li> Ability to create and maintain relationships with a broad variety of external customers and internal Oceaneering departments at different levels </li> <li> Good communications and negotiation skills </li> <li> Coordination skills and a structured way of working </li> <li> Good network within crane and lifting in region is an advantage </li> <li> You are social, have a positive attitude, and are keen to learn and see the benefits of sharing knowledge and experience with your colleagues.
